Mike came out the first week of March to have a look and left a quote that same day. Work was booked in for the following fortnight. The lads arrived Monday morning and the whole flat roof was done by Wednesday. Such nice people to have around the place. Only thing is they were a small bit late the second morning but nothing serious. Made me feel very safe having them in the house.

The reason I'd point anyone towards Proven Roofers isnt really about the gutters themselves — though they were fitted cleanly, level, and havent given a moment's trouble since — it's more about how the whole thing was handled from start to finish. Mike came out, had a proper look, gave a clear price with no vagueness around it, and the lads who arrived to do the work were tidy, efficient, and left the place as they found it. What I'll say is this: there are plenty of tradespeople around Cork who'll take your call and then have you chasing them for weeks. That wasnt the experience here at all. Dates were kept, the work was done properly, and when I had a question afterwards it was answered without fuss. That counts for a lot, in my view. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to family or neighbours, and I'll be going back to them myself when the time comes to look at the ridge tiles.
