Extension roof

OK, waited a few months before reviewing as I wanted to make sure the job was sound. Think I have finally found a roofer I can trust. John fixed a tricky leak in the extension roof - he was very professional, went above and beyond and gave great advice. Dealt with Pat also, he's a very personable lad and you could tell he wanted to do a good job and leave the customer satisfied. Job has stood the test of time over the winter. What more can I say? I can highly recommend TC roofers for getting the job done and being genuine and professional while doing it. Nice job, thanks lads.

Absolutely amazing service from the team at TC Roofers! We had new guttering put in and had some tiles re-fixed into place. Everything from start to finish was dealt with professionally and with speed as I was researching about 5-6 companies in total before deciding to go with TC Roofers.

-When calling around to book in quotes they were the only ones who picked up the phone and the lady who took my query was very helpful and took her time to answer my queries.

-Team turnt up on time on the booked day to inspect the property for the quote and I found them very honest on what needed to be done and what didn't. No pushy sales tactics and quote was very reasonable.

-Works completed in very timely manner and looks great. One of the wires attached to the property was adjusted lower by the scaffolding team which we was made aware of by the engineer and they came out to resolve it so fast so THANK YOU!

-Quote was kept to with no additional costs added when were works completed

I didn't have a great deal of confidence in roofing companies as many just failed to return my calls or failed to turn up to agreed appointments for a quote but TC Roofers have totally set the bar very high. Would only be using them from now on and everyone we have met in the team were friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Ridge tiles

I rang John on a Monday morning and he told me he'd be with me either that day or the next. He arrived 2 hours later with his colleague. They replaced a broken roof tile and sanded and cemented my kitchen extension which had lost some slates and cement. They were both professional and courteous. I have already given their contact details to a neighbour who was looking for a recommendation for a roof repair.
