What I want to address specifically is the punctuality and scheduling conduct of Delaneys, because in my experience that is where most contractors fall short and subsequently lose my confidence entirely. Miles and his crew arrived at the time stated — not within a two-hour window, not 'sometime in the morning,' but the actual time we discussed. This happened on each day of the project without exception. As a retired structural engineer, I hold my own standards fairly high in that regard, and I would recomend Delaneys without reservation on that basis alone.

This is the third time weve called Miles and his crew, and honestly at this point theres no one else I'd even consider. They've done our backyard patio and the side walkway over the years — now the front driveway in concrete. Every time, same reliable crew, same clean finish, no headaches. That consistency is what keeps us coming back. As always, they earned every star.
